Renting

We contact potential clients well in advance of the expiry of current leases. If required, we will visit the client in person at their current premises to assess their operating costs and business environment. From our database of nearly 400 buildings, we can immediately make recommendations and offer alternatives. We offer outstanding support to both prospective partners and existing tenants through our personally represented tenders. Should we enter into a tenant representation assignment, we can support and manage additional market offers for a property currently independent of us against all existing costs.

Through our ever-expanding and previously established personal contacts, we work with almost every diplomatic mission in Hungary. Our group has a close relationship with the National Foreign Trade Office. AN™ also builds its business relations through the Hungarian embassies. Our leasing department covers office, retail, wholesale, industrial, hotel, management and tenant representation.
