Balázs is a seasoned project manager, having previously worked as an IT PM at Endless Flux Labs, and then in the CMS development department of Mediaworks, where he controlled and supervised the accurate and demanding completion of tasks. In his last job at the Heritage Cultural Policy Institute, he managed projects such as the Ervin Lazar Programme (organisation of museum education for 3000 children nationwide) and the 10th Mozaik Museum Tour project in 2023.
After studying Business Informatics at GDF, Balázs graduated from KOS with a degree in Journalism and a diploma in Multimedia Design. His areas of expertise include WordPress-based CMS management, agile project methodology, scrum approach.
