After a detailed mapping of tenant needs, we use our comprehensive market analysis to identify properties that we offer to our tenant clients for viewing. After several rounds of further screening, we arrange a joint viewing and evaluation of the most suitable properties. We provide professional advice to support the final decision. We will contact the competent persons in charge of the selected property, prepare the negotiations and facilitate the selection of the landlord's client from among the potential tenants. We tailor the rental terms to the needs of our tenant client, negotiating the most favourable terms for the tenant. We provide legal and professional support when concluding a contract, ensuring significant cost savings.

We assess our tenant client's current rental property, optimise space requirements, analyse workflows and advise on ESG aspects, and then use this information to plan the design of the new rental property. We will check the technical and operational background of the selected property, examine the common area multiplier and the design costs. If required, we will draw up rental property design and layout plans and organise the finishing, furnishing and moving within the rental property. If required, we support our clients throughout the entire rental period after moving in, deal with any issues that may arise with the lease, warn of the expiry of the lease and, before the expiry, find new alternatives or negotiate the terms of a lease extension in good time. If there is a problem, we can sublet the rented space and, if required, we can even operate the property or rental property for the tenant.
